BOOK BY: Lynette Eason
This book was intense and on the darker side of romantic suspense.
The opening scene puts the reader into the mind of a serial killer and sets up the premise for the rest of the novel. There are some graphic details about the murders which were hard to read.
As always, Lynette Eason does a fabulous job creating tension, and immerses the reader in the action. It wasn’t difficult to picture locations or the cast of characters. There are some heartfelt moments between the main characters and their families. And it was fun catching up with characters from the previous two books (though this book can be read as a standalone).
I received a copy from the publisher through NetGalley. All opinions expressed are my own.
