When his plans are interrupted by a call for help from his foster father, his sense of responsibility sends him back to help manage the Christmas tree farm. But the crazy lady next door might just get in the way.
The Christmas tree farm holds magic…As the season settles upon them, Colton realizes he’s in over his head. And Noelle can’t seem to stay away from the farm…at least if her dog has anything to say about it. Somehow, she finds herself working alongside Colton…and opening her heart to find new possibilities.
Colton discovers that maybe he’s found the dream he’s always longed for. But there’s a saboteur afoot…They’ll have to work together to save the farm, the community’s efforts to help foster children this Christmas… and their broken hearts.

ASKING DALYN
What is the most challenging part for you, of the writing to publication process? The most challenging part for me is juggling my home, family, ranch, and writing. I have adult children and I have elementary age children. That alone can be challenging! But, since I love nesting in my cozy writing office with the dogs and my characters, I make the time to write.
Do you have a “go-to” author to read? I have too many. If you saw the stacks of books waiting for me, you’d laugh. I have print books, e-books in several different apps, and audio books on Audible and Chirp.
Are you a snacker when you write, and if so, what do you snack on? I have my little ritual. I drink Yorkshire Toast & Jam tea (yes, that’s a real thing) with a smidge of coconut sugar and a splash of milk. I dunk biscotti or tea biscuits in it and that’s lunch. I have a secret chocolate drawer in my writing desk. Shhhh.
What’s the next project you’re working on? I’m working on a cowboy romance series as well as a couple of novellas for a collaboration with friends from Novel Academy.

Dalyn is married to a handsome Captain Paramedic/Firefighter, mother to a few gorgeous children. She’s a Mimi, a Christian, and a country girl. She lives with her family on a small horse ranch on a dirt road in the high desert region of the Pacific Northwest, in central Washington. She has too many hobbies and most include animals. Dalyn is a bit of a foodie, a terrible coffee snob, and a book addict. Go figure. And she believes every great romance is a picture of The Great Romance.
